Jockey India offers a hassle-free 15-day return and exchange policy for all products, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, innerwear including briefs, trunks, and panties cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
Initiate Request
Log in to your account, navigate to the 'My Orders' section, and select the item you wish to return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.
Quality Inspection
Ensure the item is unused, unwashed, and includes all original tags and packaging as it will undergo a quality check upon arrival at our warehouse.
Handover to Courier
Pack the item securely and hand it over to our authorized logistics partner during the scheduled reverse pickup at your doorstep.
Refund Processing
Once the product passes inspection, your refund will be initiated to the original payment method or as store credit within 7-10 business days.
